1. The contest is organized by Digiarty Software Inc. (the "Organizer") with office at No. 89, Cuihua Road, High-tech Zone, Chengdu, China.

2. The contest is open to those aged 18 years or over, and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the contestant's countries and areas. Void where prohibited. Employees of Digiarty Software Inc. and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.

3. By participating, the contestant ("You") agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.

4. *Stuff not to do: If someone else might own the copyright to it, don't upload it. Don't upload gore, porn (including sexually graphic images) and other NSFW content. Don't hotlink to adult content or to file-sharing, gambling, torrent, warez sites. The Organizer reserves the right to deem any submitted content as inappropriate - any inappropriate content is forbidden and will deleted immediately. Should any participant or winner be found not to have complied with these terms they shall be warned, and automatically disqualified.

5. Closing date for entry will put off to Sep, 15 (11:00 AM, GMT+8). After this date the no further entries and votes to the competition will be permitted. Entries to weekly contest must be received by the specific date of each round.
