Can anyone suggest where I can easily download true 4K video samples for free? Can I edit 4K video smoothly using my Dell desktop?

I've heard a lot about 4K UHD like 4K TV, 4K video, 4K cams, etc. but I still don't have any of them. I want to download some samples of 4K video to see how 4K resolution performs.
