1. Personal and Fair Use Only
- Purpose Limitation: This software is intended solely for personal use by end users to facilitate private backup and lawful use of media content that they have legally purchased or otherwise own.
- Strict Prohibition: Any commercial use, large-scale distribution, or activities infringing on copyrights are strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring that their actions comply with applicable copyright laws in their country or region.

2. Core Technology and Compliance Assurance
2.1 Player Mode: Our software is built upon a standard multimedia player architecture. When processing discs (including protected DVDs), it operates strictly as a media player, rendering and validating data streams in memory without accessing or using any decryption keys.
No part of the software contains functionality designed to circumvent or bypass encryption or DRM protection mechanisms.
2.2 Technical Benchmarking: Our data reading logic aligns with the standard playback procedures of widely recognized and accepted media player software on the market, including but not limited to VLC Media Player, PowerDVD, WinDVD, and the earlier MPU Player.
The software parses content based only on the player’s standard data reading logic, and therefore does not differentiate between encrypted and unencrypted discs.
2.3. Anti-Circumvention Assurance: The design and implementation of this software do not contain any code or functionality intended to circumvent or bypass copy protection, encryption schemes, or Digital Rights Management (DRM) mechanisms. The software does not access, store, or distribute CSS keys or any other private decryption keys and does not decrypt content via methods intended to bypass encryption.
It operates solely through standard player behavior, consistent with globally accepted multimedia playback practices, and is fully compliant with recognized legal frameworks, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the U.S. and similar legislation internationally.
3. Jurisdiction, Disclaimer, and User Responsibility
The legal regulations concerning DVD backup, ripping, or media processing vary significantly across countries and regions. We encourage users to understand and comply with the relevant copyright laws in their country or region before using this software.
Users are responsible for their own usage actions, including but not limited to disc backup, conversion, and sharing. The Company assumes no liability for any legal consequences arising from the improper or illegal use of this software by the user.

This software is only permitted for backing up or digitizing content from discs that the user has legally purchased or owns, and which are unprotected or for which explicit authorization has been obtained.
