MOV and MP4 are widely adopted by cameras and can be seen in the list of Adobe Premiere Pro supported file formats. However, some people may still encounter import failure. In this case, we should check if the video file is corrupt or not, try updating Premiere Pro, and transcode the problematic MOV/MP4 with WinX as it is usually due to incompatible codec.
