How to Make Handbrake output works on iTunes and iPhone iPod iPad

"the only thing i feel uncomfortable is that, why handbrake not provides us specific preset settings for latest apple multimedis devices, like iPhone 4, iPod touch 4g, iPad, etc? as for me i can handle this Handbrake output works on iTunes and iPhone iPod iPad issue, but it takes my time to search result at handbrake forums, not as convinient as simply give handbrake a minor update.
