What's the "Video Quality"?
The "Video Quality" is namely the output file video bitrate. 12000 kbps is a good choice if you need a good image quality. Increasing the video quality will increase the output file size and image quality. Reducing the video quality will reduce the output file size and the image quality. 12000 kbps will output a file size about 2GB with 3 hours movie (720x404 image size) with very good image quality.

How can I get higher quality?
You can modulate the parameters in Audio Setting and in Video Setting area. If you do not know how to balance the quality, you can use High Quality Engine.

Always I have such question why is that MKV to AVI the result come out is good but the audio/vocal out of sync? When I use WinX HD Video Converter, it guides me a bit. Try to enable ‘Force A/V Sync’, this kind of issue with MKV video never occurs any more.
