When and how can I get WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe if I order it?
Once you complete the online order, you were supposed to receive an email with the order information and license code from our payment processor Paypal, Avangate or Regnow.
Please allow a few minutes for the auto-generated license message to reach your inbox. Check the spam folder if you could not find the license retrieval email.Back to top

I didn't receive the license code for several hours after my purchase. Why?
The possible reasons might be:
1. Due to your email setting, the letter with license code went to Trash directly. Please check the folder there.
2. You provided invalid email address when you ordered the software
3. Your email service provider rejects emails from unknown senders.

How to register your product?
1. Please find the License Code in the email delivered to you after placing the order.
2. Click Register button on the main interface of our software.
3. Copy and paste the License Code to the related text box. Then click Activate button beside it.

What if I lost the license code?
If you lost your license code, please do not worry and feel free to contact us to request your original license. Please provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc.

What is your refund policy?

How about your CD version?
CD version is a backup for Download version which contains the installation programs. It can save download time and keep the software safe. Please note that the CD version does not include registration information for the software. Q: How to speed up video conversion with this HD video converter software?
A: There are quite a few factors influencing the duration of conversion:
1. The length and size of the original file
2. Settings for outputs
3. Computer configuration

And there are some tips that may be useful for speeding up conversion:

1. Do not make other operations on the computer when converting.

2. Make the source file and output file on local hard disk. If the video you want to convert is on your devices, and you want to put the output video onto your portable media player, please copy the source file to your computer first, and set the output directory on your computer, too, not directly on your media device. After conversion, you can copy the output video to the device.

3. The higher parameter the source video has, resolution, frame rate, etc. the longer it takes to convert it.Back to top

Q: How to improve quality of converted files?
A: 1. Select "to MP4" as output format, because MP4 file usually has better video quality.
2. Please select "Use High Quality Engine" option.
3. Raise "kbps" in "Video Quality" setting area.

PS: Please note that high quality video setting will increase the conversion process time. And the final video quality is somewhat up to your original video quality.

Q: I can convert only a few minutes of the video. Or it show "Stop Working" error message.
A: 1. Reinstall it to non-system partition, like D:\, E:\ ..., if you have other partitions.
2. Click Browse button to change output folder to non-system partition, like D:\, E:\...
3. And please close other programs when running WinX product

If it still not works, please check whether your video plays properly. Or you may use other videos to have a try

Q: Is it possible to get a clip/segment of my video file converted?
A: If you'd like to convert a segment of the video, you can trim the clips by dragging the left or right bar under the video preview windows or by choosing the "Start time" and "End time" in the output setting area.

Q: My Windows Media Player can't play the converted video
A: It seems that your Windows Media Player doesn't have right codecs for the files. Please download the program here:

Q: The audio is out of sync with video. How to deal with it?
A: Please use "Intelligent A/V synchronizer" in the Advanced Setting area to have a try. This feature is useful even if your original audio failed to sync with video.

Q: Why can't convert DRM video?
A:It is illegal to convert DRM protected video at the present, so WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe can't support this.Back to top
